Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at SanaVeil. We strive to provide you with the best modest wear shopping experience possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

TikTok Returns

Please note that TikTok return can only be done on TikTok Shop. The return procedures displayed here are only for website orders.

Returns:

  • You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please contact us at sanaveil101@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

Refunds:
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges:
  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at sanaveil101@gmail.com. You will be responsible for any price differences and shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Exceptions:
  • Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Any exceptions to the returns and refunds policy will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sanaveil101@gmail.com for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping:
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
